The Salvadoran national energy commission inaugurated a newly upgraded geothermal energy facility in the eastern department of Usulután, adding thirty-five megawatts of completely renewable generation capacity designed to stabilize domestic electricity prices while providing dedicated sustainable power for state-sponsored Bitcoin mining operations.
