El Salvador Advances Major Expansion of Los Chorros Highway to Resolve Critical Central American Logistics Bottleneck
The Salvadoran Ministry of Public Works completed the most challenging tunneling phase of the Los Chorros highway expansion, keeping the three hundred million United States dollar infrastructure project on schedule to drastically reduce transit times for cargo moving between the port of Acajutla and regional Central American trade corridors.
