Costa Rican President Evaluates Salvadoran Security Model After Launching Mirror Mega-Prison

Costa Rican President Laura Fernández conducted an official state visit to San Salvador to evaluate the Terrorism Confinement Center and coordinate bilateral security strategies with President Nayib Bukele, just days after Costa Rica opened a five thousand one hundred-inmate maximum-security penitentiary modeled directly on the Salvadoran incarceration framework.
