El Salvador’s government and the National Administration of Aqueducts and Sewers signed a major agreement with Spanish consortium Aguas de Valencia and BTD to modernize the capital’s water network, reduce system losses, and install more than 100,000 household meters in what officials describe as the largest project of its kind in Central America.
