Construction has advanced on the Francisco Morazán Viaduct and the Los Chorros Highway expansion, a $373 million infrastructure project designed to ease transport bottlenecks and improve trade links between San Salvador and western export corridors. The project also incorporates low-carbon concrete and recycled materials to improve environmental performance.
